Do you deliver flowers same-day in Bangkok?
Yes — we deliver same-day across Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Samut Prakan on orders placed before our daily cutoff (3 PM). Orders placed after the cutoff are delivered the following day.

How fresh are your flowers?
Every arrangement is hand-built to order in our Bangkok studio with stems sourced fresh that morning. We do not use pre-built inventory; arrangements ship within hours of being completed.
Can I include a card message?
Yes — every order has a free card message. You can pick from a set of suggested sentiments at checkout (birthday, congratulations, sympathy, etc.) or write your own.
What if the recipient is not home?
Our courier will phone the recipient on arrival and, if no one's home, will leave the arrangement with a doorman, neighbour, or in a shaded protected spot — your choice. We don't leave flowers in direct sun.
Can the arrangement look different from the photo?
Floral and arrangement substitutions of equal or greater value may occur due to seasonal availability. The shape, scale, and palette are always preserved — we never substitute beyond what the photo represents.
